OnĀ Friday, October 10, 2025, I had the honor of bartending one of the most beautiful weddings Iāve ever been part of ā Fernando and Zelene Carbajalās big day at The Celebration Farm in Iowa City.
The venue itself is nothing short of breathtaking ā massive timber arches, warm stone accents, and glowing fall colors all around. Add a packed dance floor, a personalized bar menu, and a couple whose love lights up the entire space, and youāve got a night no one will forget.

I brought my full-service bar setup, complete with ice, glassware, garnishes, and mixers ā so guests could enjoy handcrafted cocktails made fresh all night long.
The stars of the menu were signature cocktails made with Jackād Off the Rocks syrups, featuring favorites like Blueberry Lavender and Peach Rosemary. Every drink was customized to match Fernando and Zeleneās vibe ā fun, flavorful, and full of personality.
From rounds of shots that kicked off the dance floor to guests returning for second (and third) pours of their new favorite cocktails, the bar stayed busy from start to finish.

And Zelene ā the bride ā was absolutely stunning. Every detail, from the decor to the energy of the crowd, came together perfectly.
