I’ve spent the last 9 years in the hospitality and bartending industry, starting in Iowa’s restaurant scene and later diving headfirst into Miami’s nightlife. That’s where I really found my groove—thriving under pressure, learning how to create cocktails that wow people, and seeing firsthand how a great drink can elevate an entire experience. After refining my craft in Wisconsin’s slower, more craft‑driven scene, I came back to Iowa to launch Jack’d Off the Rocks.

What keeps me hooked on this industry is simple: the energy, the creativity, and the people. I love taking an idea for a cocktail and turning it into something guests can connect with—whether it’s the drink that sets the vibe at a wedding, the class that helps someone shake their first cocktail, or the bar program that transforms a restaurant’s reputation. There’s nothing better than creating a moment that people remember long after the glass is empty.

Now, everything I do lives under Jack’d Off the Rocks—mobile bartending for weddings and private events, handcrafted syrups and bitters, cocktail classes, and bar and restaurant consulting. It’s the best of everything I’ve learned in nearly a decade behind the bar, all designed to make every event unforgettable.
